Im just a little scared...because im finally starting to realize how much he really means to me.

Once on  a yellow piece of paper with green lines
he wrote a poem
and he called it Chops
because that was the name of his dog
and thats what it was all about
and his teacher gave him an A
and a gold star
and his mother hung it on the kitchen door
and read it to his aunts
that was the year that father tracy
took all the kids to the zoo
and he let them sing on the bus
and his little sister was born
with tiny toenails and no hair
and his mother and father kissed alot
and the girl around the corner sent him a
valentine signed with a row of X's
and he had to ask his father what the X's meant
and his father always tucked him in bed at night
and was always there to do it

once on a piece of white paper with blue lines
he wrote a poem
and he called it autumn
because that was the name of the season
and thats what it was all about
and his teacher gave him an A
and asked him to write more clearly
and his mother never hung it on the kitchen door
because of its new paint
and the kids told him
that father tracy smoked cigars
and left butts on the pews
and sometimes they would burn holes
that was the year his sister got glasses
with thick lenses and black frames
and the girl around the corner laughed
when he asked her to go see santa claus
and the kids told him why
and his mother and father kissed alot
and his father never tucked him in bed at night
and his father got mad
when he cried for him to do it

Once on a paper torn from his notebook
he wrote a poem
and he called it Innocence A Question
because that was the question about this boy
and thats what it was all about
and his professor gave him an A
and a strange steady look
and his mother never hung it on the kitchen door
beause he never showed her
that was the year that father tracy died
and he forgot how the end
of the Apostles creed went
and he caught his sister making out on the back porch
and his mother and father never kissed
or even talked
and the girl around the corner
wore too much makeup
that made him cough when he kissed him
but he kissed him anyway
because that was the thing to do
and at 3 AM he tucked himself into bed
his father snoring loudly

Thats why on the back of a brown paper bag
he tried another poem
and he called it Absolutely Nothing
because thats what it was really all about
and he gave himself an A
and a slash on each damned wrist
and he hung it on the bathroom door
because this time he didnt think
he could reach the kitchen

I am thinking it's a sign that the freckles
In our eyes are mirror images and when
We kiss they're perfectly aligned
And I have to speculate that God himself
Did make us into corresponding shapes like
Puzzle pieces from the clay
And true, it may seem like a stretch, but
Its thoughts like this that catch my troubled
Head when you're away when I am missing you to death
When you are out there on the road for
Several weeks of shows and when you scan
The radio, I hope this song will guide you home

They will see us waving from such great

I tried my best to leave this all on your
Machine but the persistent beat it sounded
Thin upon listening
And that frankly will not fly. You will hear
The shrillest highs and lowest lows with
The windows down when this is guiding you home

Well its been like 23873 years since ive updated this thing so i decided to.
Lastnight Sara Marisa Johnna & jessica all came over and we ordered some pizza that i got for free lol well then we got bored and so we got my mom to take us to the bowling alley cause some people were going up there and wanted us to come.
So we got there and there was a 5th grade lock in lol they asked sara if she was there for the lock in...so we decided to leave & Andy took us to Walmart and we played hide n seek...and we went and hid in some trash cans, but we left cause we were being really loud and it wasnt so fun anymore. So then we went to a few parks then Andy took us home...I went to sleep and sara johnna marisa and my mom went to kroger? lol i have no clue why...

So then today we woke up & decided to go and get some breakfast so we did and then we went to Murfreesboro and we were yelling things out at everybody and we stopped behind pizza hut where this guy was out there on his phone and i said why didnt you call me back last night...he didnt really say anything back & then we went to big lots and we asked this lady where big lots was and she was like its right there your in the parking lot and we acted like we didnt know and she was showing us...it was really funny, but then we went home and watched darkness falls & then my mom took them home and i went to Marisa's house & weve just been hanging out here since then.

Ohhh & i got a new kitten ...its black & it has blue eyes, its soo freaking cute. Me & sara named it Zoey since its half hers...i just have full custody right now lol
